KFM Consultants provides capacity building and related services to Non Profit Organisations (NPOs) in the areas of financial management, governance and sustainability.
Over the years KFM Consultants has assisted Non Profit organisations (NPOs) to ensure that their financial management adequately and efficiently addressed challenges and reduced risks. This in turn enabled NPOs to achieve their goals, be accountable to and gain the confidence of funding partners and other stakeholders.
With growing capacity and observing lessons learnt, KFM recognised that in order to safe guard the NPOs survival it was key to look beyond the initial area of attention and thus the three focus areas of Financial Management, Governance and Sustainability.
